Welcome

Your story matters. At Red Rocks, we begin with who you are: your history, your relationships, and the meaning you make from your lived experience. Healing starts with understanding what has shaped you, reclaiming what is possible, and learning to meet yourself with care, curiosity, and respect.

We tailor care to your needs and your pace, grounding our work in evidence-based and narrative approaches. Our team specializes in sex and relationship therapy, LGBTQ+ affirming support, and perinatal care. But our work is not limited to any one modality. The collective includes professionals across a range of disciplines, all committed to whole-person care that supports emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing.

Whether you are navigating intimacy, identity, trauma, birth, parenthood, chronic tension, or disconnection, you do not have to do it alone. We listen with attention and care, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself and your relationships that may have been overlooked or dismissed.

Our work is affirming, sex-positive, and focused on building safety, clarity, and connection within yourself and in your relationships.
